We do not offer return or exchange services at the moment on customised garments. If the garment you have purchased is not the right size for you, we can exchange the size or alter it per your requirements for a limited period post delivery.
- The garment is unused
- The garment is in the original packaging
- The garment has all the original tags intact
Every product we send out is quality controlled. However, if you have received a product with a manufacturing fault, we request you to inform us within seven days of delivery. If the request is not raised within the stipulated time frame, the request for replacement will not be processed.
If you have received a faulty item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and team RGRK will be happy to assist you. Kindly mention the order number in the subject line for a hassle-free replacement process. We also encourage customers to add images of the product for reference.

We provide free shipping across India and on international orders above $500. For products $500 and below, we charge a standard international shipping fee of $100.
