We do not offer return or exchange services at the moment on customised garments. If the garment you have purchased is not the right size for you, we can exchange the size or alter it per your requirements for a limited period post delivery.
Please ensure-
- The garment is unused
- The garment is in the original packaging
- The garment has all the original tags intact
Once we receive the returned package, Team RGRK will review the reason for exchange and process it accordingly. Please find below the process of exchanging a product with us.
Send us an email within seven days of receiving the package at support@rohitgandhirahulkhanna.com. Kindly note that if the number of days exceeds, the item will not be accepted for an exchange.Upon processing your request, the team will revert with an email confirming the exchange and an exchange order number.
Pack the garment in its original packaging with all the original tags, and a pick-up agent will come to collect the package. Please note if we receive the items in any other packaging, we will not accept the product, and the package will be sent back to you.
